You must be at least 18 years old and own the rights to any photos you upload. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, and don't use swypd for anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them only to deliver your results.

Where a money-back guarantee is offered, it applies under the conditions described at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on following the published steps.

swypd is provided as-is. We work hard on your results but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like a particular number of matches or dates.
